Michael & Seth took care of me. Dryer was done, it was probly 10 years old. I could call a repairman & pay 2-3-400 bucks to repair or pay a little more & have a new one. I bought a washer from these guys at the beginning of covid. Been using them for years. Bought a dryer, same brand to kinda match. Michael went over the prices with me to fit into my budget. I measured the dryer to see if it would fit into my vehicle to take it home, so I don't have to pay for delivery or installation service. Seth brought it out and helped me get it into my vehicle, and off I went. As I write this review , I've installed the dryer. It works fine, and somebody in my house is doing laundry right now. I came in to the shop because I wanted to replace my dryer. The shop attendant was very helpful showing me all the machines and also asked me about what was wrong with my current one. I then spoke to Justin and he was able to come take a look a couple days later and got it up and running. This is TRUE customer service!! They didn't try to get me to purchase and were so helpful with mentioning their repair service. So greatful I found this place and met Justin, thanks!!
